Functionality:

  • Glow-in-the-Dark Feature:
    The glow feature varies depending on the surrounding environment. For optimal performance, charge your talisman using the included 395nm UV torch for 1-2 minutes at a distance of 50 cm, ensuring the entire surface is evenly exposed to the UV light.
    Once charged, turn off all lights to enjoy the soft, calming glow. As your eyes adjust to the darkness, the glow will remain visible for hours into the night. For best results, use your talisman in a completely dark room.
    If you wish to intensify the glow at any point, simply shine the UV torch on the talisman for 15-20 seconds to "recharge" it. The glow will appear brighter if your eyes have already acclimatized to the darkness.

Product Variations:

  • Each Twilight Talisman is meticulously handcrafted, making no two talismans exactly alike. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in shape, pattern, and edge beveling may occur.
  • As each talisman is crafted by hand, imperfections are part of the charm. Fingerprints, asymmetry, knots in the wood, and ripples in the varnish are considered character-defining traits, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.

Care Instructions:

  • Reapplying Tung Oil:
    To maintain the rich luster of the cherry wood, apply a thin coat of 100% pure Tung oil every few months. Use a lint-free cloth to gently rub the oil into the wood in a circular motion, allowing it to dry for 24 hours before handling.

  • Cleaning the Glossy Front:
    The front of the talisman is coated with a water-based acrylic varnish. To clean it, use a soft cloth with a diluted solution of dishwashing detergent (1 drop) and warm water. Gently wipe to remove fingerprints and dirt, avoiding harsh scrubbing.

  • Avoid Moisture:
    Keep the talisman away from damp environments. If the talisman becomes wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth to prevent damage.

  • Handling & Placement:
    Handle with care as each talisman is unique. Place it on a bedside table or shelf to watch over the room, protecting it from monsters and shadows.

Safety Information:

  • All materials used in the creation of Twilight Talismans are 100% natural and safe. However, the talismans are not intended to be used as teethers or for chewing.
  • Parental supervision is recommended for children under the age of 3 when using the UV torch. The UV light uses a safe 395nm wavelength for general use.
