TWILIGHT TALISMANS RETURNS + REFUND POLICY
At Twilight Talismans, we take great care in crafting each talisman with love and attention to detail. Every piece is hand-carved and unique, designed to offer you a sense of calm and magic. We hope you cherish your talisman as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
Due to the handmade and sensory nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific circumstances, such as if your item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that we do take photos of our packaged products before we hand off the shipment to the carrier for quality control of the product and end packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your talisman to initiate a return or exchange.
- You must provide a photograph of the product and its packaging taken upon opening, clearly showing any damage or defects. (Clear and close up photos in good lighting is recommended)
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

- Custom or personalized items
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Twilight Talismans purchased during a sale or with a discount
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
EXCHANGES
If your talisman arrived damaged or defective, we offer exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
SHIPPING
To return your item, please mail it to the address provided in our return approval email. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused during shipping.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at twilighttalismans@gmail.com.
