At Twilight Talismans, we handcraft each piece with care and attention to detail. We’re excited for you to receive your talisman and will do our best to ensure it arrives safely and in a timely manner. We prioritize secure delivery to ensure that each handcrafted piece arrives safely to its new home. Due to the unique nature of our products and to guarantee peace of mind for our customers, we offer tracked shipping exclusively for all international orders. This way, you’ll be able to follow your talisman’s journey and receive timely updates on its progress.
WHY TRACKED SHIPPING?
Our commitment to quality extends beyond creation and into the journey to you. Tracked shipping provides added security, real-time updates, and a more reliable experience, reducing the risk of loss or damage. By choosing a tracked option, we ensure a seamless and transparent process, from our hands to yours.
Please note that, at this time, we do not offer non-tracked shipping for any orders. This policy helps us maintain a high standard of customer service and ensures that each talisman finds its way safely to its owner.

PROCESSING TIMES
Each Twilight Talisman is handmade, which means processing times may vary depending on order volume and the complexity of your item. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. If there is any delay, we will notify you promptly.
Please note: During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY
We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Every package will have tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (Canada Post): Expedited Parcel
Note: We are shipping from the Greater Vancouver area, BC. The shipping times varies and faster shipping time for more populated cities. Days are shown in business days and are approx shipping times, for more accurate quote please go through the checkout and enter your delivery address.
BC: 1-3 days // AB: 2-6 days // SK: 3-5 days // ON: // MB: 3-5 days // QB: 5-7 days // NB: 8-9 days // NL: 10-14 days // NS: 10-13 days // 4- 6 days // PE: 7-9 days
International Shipping (UPS Standard shipping): International delivery times may vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days. (Please go through the shop pay to check for rates and approximate shipping timings for your country)
LOCAL COLLECTION
We offer local pick-ups if you are nearby, please contact us before making a purchase.
FREE SHIPPING (CANADA)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within Canada.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your talisman. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at twilighttalismans@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue. While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, we will do everything we can to assist you.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply once the shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these fees, as we have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at twilighttalismans@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct the issue before your order is shipped.
